21 day fix Days 1-3

I am feeling great. I have been working out with a great friend and boy are we sore. I really enjoy them and the fact that they only take 30 minutes! I never thought I would say this, but my favorite exercises are when we use the resistance band! I am more determined than ever and can't wait to see results!! Here are the meals from the past 3 days. These meals keep me fueled and feeling refreshed. It is amazing what whole foods can do for our bodies!

A. Chocolate Shakeology, banana, almond butter    B. Cottage cheese, apple, boiled eggs

C. Mixed greens, cruciferous mix, balsamic vinaigrette (fix recipe), roasted chickpeas

D. chicken, sweet potatoes, squash   E. Oats, strawberries, blueberries

A. Mixed greens, cruciferous mix, balsamic vinaigrette (fix recipe), parmesan  

B. Tropical Strawberry Shakeology, pineapple, cherries   

C. cottage cheese, ezekiel toast with coconut oil, orange    D. shrimp stir fry

E. Turkey burgers, brussels sprouts, brown rice

 A. Vanilla shakeology, almond butter, banana    B. Chicken burrito bowl

C. Mixed greens, cruciferous mix, balsamic vinaigrette (fix recipe), roasted chickpeas

 D. cottage cheese, apple, almond butter   E. baby carrrots
