Days 4-7

I am trying to post these is chunks so that I don't have a ton of different posts with food picture collages ;) These are the meals from the second half of the week. I am feeling incredible after really sticking with this for a week. I am noticing a change in my face. I have lost 4 pounds and I am feeling much more energetic and clear headed. It is amazing what whole foods do for you!
