Tonight for dinner were these little gems! Can I just say YUM!!! And PS you do not have to be vegan to enjoy these and you can absolutely add meat. I just love a good plant based meal sometimes.
Oh... and can you tell I am a big fan of Mexican food? ;)
So lets get to it. How do you make these yummy tacos?
1. Chop the green pepper 2.Cook the pepper on medium heat in a pan. While it is cooking, sprinkle with seasonings. Cook until soft (about 5-7 min)
3. Heat your tortillas and load them up!
