I started today with one of my favorites, vegan chocolate shakeology with dark cherries. It was delicious (as always😉)
Then it was on to fiber sweep. I'm loving this stuff. It has a lemon tea flavor. I found myself getting hungry during the afternoon. I think it's because I wasn't keeping myself as busy as I was on day 1 so I was thinking about it more, but I had some tea and it helped until lunch. I do suggest doing the refresh when you aren't going to be just sitting around thinking about food 😊
For lunch I added some of my strawberries to my vanilla smoothie. It wasn't my favorite. I preferred it plain. I also had squash and zucchini roasted with a little EVOO.
Snack was squash and zucchini again. I'm all about prepping once and enjoying over and over! It keeps things quick and easy especially with a little one.
Dinner was delicious! I had my plain vanilla refresh and cucumber salad. It was extremely appetizing. I really enjoyed it, but I'm looking forward to having some chickpeas soon :) Overall I felt like day 2 went really well. I was hungry in the afternoon, but felt much better after eating and drinking my smoothie. I love the way I'm feeling otherwise and I'm definitely not craving sweets which is great, but I am looking forward to eating some tacos soon!
