3 day Refresh day 3 and results 


 I started the morning with a delicious tropical strawberry smoothie and a side of strawberries.


Crushed my fiber sweep and I'm noticing a difference in my skin. Yay! Lunch was the vanilla refresh, a salad, and an apple.  I had more salad for a snack. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was delicious! Dinner was cucumber salad again. You guys should have learned by now (if you didn't already know) that I love to plan and prep to save money. So the results...

I wasn't expecting anything for drastic. I wasn't looking for a quick fix. I just wanted to feel refreshed and kick start my 21 day fix round!

So in three days I lost 3 pounds! I feel great and refreshed 😉 I notice a difference in my skin too.

So here are some take always

-you will pee a lot

- day 2 is the hardest

-drink TONS of water

-have hummus (I wanted it 😉)

-use lots of ice in your vanilla smoothies

-stay busy (don't sit around and think about food)
