Today I tackled brownies! We all love the fudgey goodness of a delicious brownie. I have been on a dark chocolate kick lately. It is so decadent and rich so the dark chocolate brownie bites were born :)
1 cup cocoa powder 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 2 eggs 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 tbsp raw honey 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
Preheat the oven to 350
1. Mix the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, syrup, and honey together in a mixing bowl. 2. Sift in the cocoa powder 3. Mix in the chocolate chunks. 4. Fill the cups of a mini muffin tin full of the batter 5. Bake for 16-18 minutes
Warning! These are rich! They are dark chocolatey goodness so one will probably be enough to satisfy your craving! They are extremely delicious with a little peanut butter on top!
I hope you enjoy!
