Homemade CLEAN chai latte

Today it barely hit 60 degrees so I would say fall has definitely made its arrival. I am a HUGE fan of chai lattes but don't love paying for them and don't love not knowing what or how much they are putting in my drink. I make my own at home now and love them! They are simple and spiced and make my house smell incredible. Here's what you need:

Chai tea 8oz water 2 tbsp Almond milk 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup

This is the chai I use. No sugar, just tea and spices :) It is delicious and smells heavenly.

Let the tea steep for at least 5 minutes in hot water. I use my Keurig for my water, but you can boil, microwave, tea kettle, etc. Having a cute helper sing you a song while you wait is a great option. ;)

Add your maple syrup. You can add more if you like a sweeter tea (a little does go a long way)

Heat and whisk your milk until it is frothy. Add to your tea and whisk the mixture.
