Guilt Free Hot Cocoa

What is better than warm cozy sweaters and hot cocoa in the winter time? Warm cozy sweaters and GUILT FREE hot cocoa!

It's the season where I want hot cocoa all the time, but I don't want the guilt (or the headaches, cravings, stomach issues, etc.) that come with all of that sugar. Today I created something you are sure to love!! Prepare yourself, it's about to get good!!

Ingredients: 8-10oz of milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk) 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 tsp PURE maple syrup (sorry to Mrs. Butterworth, but that stuff is just sugar water) Heat your milk to desired temperature. I put mine in a mug in the microwave for a minute and a half. Add your ingredients and whisk

You can add peppermint extract for a minty delciousness, but this is GREAT all by itself.
