Overnight oats are simple and delicious and this one is no different! It is packed with goodies, and, if you are a peanut butter fan like me, your taste buds will love you!
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar. Make sure all of your oats are submersed in the liquid and let sit in the fridge overnight. Eat cold or heat up. For a sweet treat, add a few mini chocolate chips!
