I've been super skeptical to try this because I love pizza. The thought of getting veggies in while eating pizza was very appealing though and I finally gave in. I am SO glad I did!! This stuff is delicious and super simple! Ingredients: Florets from 1 head of cauliflower or a pound of cauliflower florets 3 eggs 2 cups parmesan cheese 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp chopped basil 1/2 tsp sea salt
olive oil (for brushing) sprinkle of garlic salt toppings of choice (I used marinara sauce (check the ingredients for no sugar) and mozzarella cheese)
