I've been craving cookies, but really didn't want the sugar headache. It's always nice to have an alternative so I got to work creating. These little bites are delicious and something I can feel good about putting in my body!
Ingredients: 1 cup of oat flour ( I made this by blending up old fashioned oats in my vitamix) 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp honey 1 egg mini chocolate chips *optional* coconut flakes
Directions: Preheat over to 375 Mix flour, oil, honey, and egg to form a dough Stir in mini chocolate chips form small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or a stone *top with coconut flakes* Bake for 7 minutes
