30 Reasons Not to Cheat on Your Program

So you started a new program. You're feeling great and ready to kick some booty and crush some goals. Things are going great and then the motivation starts to slip away and the temptation creeps in. Do not give in!!! You committed to this and you are going to do it! Here's 30 reasons why!1. You invested money into it 2. You'll only be cheating yourself 3. That cookie will be there when you're done and it won't even be that good 4. You'll prove to yourself you're capable and can say you didn't give up! 5. You told someone you were doing this. You don't want to be a liar. 6. You are inspiring people even if you don't realize it. 7. You did not buy all of that healthy food just to let it go to waste. 8. You are going to have glowing skin. 9. Your blood sugar and cholesterol will thank you. 10. You want a full and healthy life 11. You've already made it this far. 12. That new outfit is going to look awesome on you! 13. It's not that long of a commitment 14. Cheating now, just makes you more likely to do it again. 15. You worked out way too hard to eat that junk! 16. No you may not skip a meal, you need that food to build muscle. 17. Someone is watching. 18. It will feel great to button those jeans! 19. Do it for the "WOW, you look awesome" 20. Pictures! 21. It will feel AWESOME to know what you accomplished. 22. You want to be healthy for your kids and family 23.
