Day 6: Food For Fuel
Welcome to day 6!! You are almost done!! I am so incredibly proud of you for making it this far!
Today let's talk about one of the most important parts of this journey and one that COMPLETELY changed my life, learning to view food as fuel and eating the right things for our body. The things you crave are related to something your body needs, so when you are filling it with the right foods the cravings for junk tend to vanish.
When you eat good food that your body needs, you feel better, and in turn, want to eat better!! :) Pretty cool!!
