Day 2: Food Journaling

Welcome to day 2! I'm so glad proud of you for sticking with it! 

Food journaling will provide you with a ton of useful insight into your eating habits. Challenge yourself to do this for a week or longer to really get a great idea of where your triggers are! Remember if you taste, sip, or bite it you need to write it down! Those little grabs of food here and there add up fast
