Yesterday, you went through your journal and started to find trends in your eating habits!

Today we get to talk about things you love!! This is so fun! I want you to think long and hard about the things you enjoy. What relaxes you and makes you feel like yourself? What (other than food) brings you comfort?

It is NOT selfish to take care of is NECESSARY!
