Day 5: Personal Development
Welcome to the home stretch! I am so proud of you for doing such amazing things for your health and for sticking with it!! Thank you for taking this journey with me!
TODAY IS HUGE!!! Your mindset is EVERYTHING! Whatever you believe in your mind is the truth you will live. You have to get yourself in the mindset of overcoming, of being strong, of believing you can crush your goals! I had to change my mindset, learn to believe in myself, and think positively to be able to overcome the struggle that is emotional eating! That, paired with support from others working towards similar goals, led me to where I am now!
Do not skip this step! It only takes 5-10 minutes a day and will lead to some of the greatest successes!
